Practices are Wednesday and Friday 5:15AM-6:30 AM and Sundays 8:00 AM-9:30 AM
Workouts are up on white board following practice. Group members who can't make it to practice can swim the workout at their convenience.

We are excited to announce a brand new Masters program being added to the Niagara region! Based out of Corning New York, Southern Tier Aquatics is ready to branch out of their youth based programs and invite adults in the area to compete and have fun!
