Niagara LMSC bylaws require an annual meeting of membership, per the U.S. Masters Swimming LMSC Standards. This meeting is open to all individual members of the LMSC. Voting members are limited to elected and appointed Board members, as well as one representative of each registered club. The date and meeting location are announced at least 30 days in advance on the website.

The 2020 annual meeting will likely be held in November at the conclusion of the Stacy Moor Memorial Masters Meet at the Rochester Institute of Technology. The meeting will likely start between 1-1:30 pm. The meeting is  held in a room on the ground floor adjacent to the Judson Pool. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) or simply be present on deck near the offices at the conclusion of the meet. USMS membership is required to attend the meeting. You don't need to compete in the swim meet.

Meeting minutes are posted online and available for review by all members.

The Niagara Local Masters Swim Committee (LMSC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to a healthy swimming lifestyle for adult swimmers, within the Western NY region. The Niagara LMSC is the local governing body of U.S. Masters Swimming (USMS).

There are over 600 registered Masters Swimmers in Niagara and over 60,000 in USMS. Anyone 18 years of age or older is eligible to join. No prior competitive swimming experience is necessary.
